Click Innovate implements a process for identifying requirements and designing solutions which is based purely around the principle of delivering the best possible solution in a timely manner, at the right price.
The Click Innovate client process includes the following key steps:
- Perform an initial analysis of client’s requirements and business needs.
- Produce initial design mock-ups, mind maps and wireframes to articulate the business requirements as needed.
- Review client’s requirements against our initial understanding.
- Outline project timescales and identify delivery estimates.
- Launch project.
- Support and care services.
The process of analysing and identifying business requirements is an iterative one. This means that during the process of solution discovery, we work in partnership with our clients to understand both business needs and solution requirements. As part of the process, we may, with the client, revisit the design or specification of the solution at any time. This helps to ensure we deliver the right solution, meeting the client's business needs in a timely co-ordinated manner.
Once a solution has been implemented, we continue to work in partnership with our clients to ensure solutions deliver maximum benefits; we may also further enhance existing solutions or develop new solutions as required.
